I love inspiring some of the jokes, hearing them become what they are today and seeing them constantly evolve into what they will become.  Who knew by leaving a bottle of Sailor Jerry in the closet when I went out of town would turn into that joke?!

OCD

Like most people AJ likes to get obsessed with certain things, other than keeping all the dishes done and the bed made, taking a shower before a show, wearing 2 pair of socks, running 5 miles a day and making sure everything is in it's place before doing anything. Open Mic Night!

Torture, pain, uncomfortable, awkward, ashamed, embarrassed, sympathetic, maybe some other long pretentious words that I don't care to think of or use because I'm too tired. In short open mic night can be as painful as it is fun. The best part is laughing and seeing your friends of course, seeing some poor kid shaking and eating complete shit is not as entertaining as you would think. Over the years I've been to too many open mic nights in several different venues and even states. What I have learned is, I will never be a stand up comedian. It's too much pressure those first years to get it right. The charming expression “chewing dicks” comes up in the conversation too much when reminiscing about the first few years, something that both men and women can agree upon that is unfavorable.
